Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Lake access is less than a 10-minute walk down Piney Point Dr or a short drive to the parking lot. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $15/day or $100/week. For a little exercise and fresh air, trek the quiet hilly roads of Sky Valley, enjoy the community beach and swimming area, fish at the catch-and-release pond, or head to the basketball court for 3 x 3 hoops or a friendly pickleball match.

Wrap up the evening with a puzzle, or, even better, a board game, with more than fifty from which to choose. Kick-off game night with a Wii, PS2, or GameCube battle, followed by KanJam, or corn hole challenge.
